Magnolia in crepe paper
It is so beautiful when the magnolia trees bloom, but the joy is so short. A little bit of frost, and the flowers are gone!
At the workshop, we make magnolia branches in Italian crepe paper, so you can enjoy the sight for as long as it needs to be. It's not as difficult as it seems, so you can easily join even if you've never tried to make flowers in paper before.
The workshop is for both beginners and practitioners. There will be a thorough introduction so that beginners get to know the material, but there will also be techniques that can challenge the practiced flower maker.
Among other things, you will work with laminating the paper, so that we get different colors on the front and back.
Different ways of coloring the paper will also be reviewed, and you will have the opportunity to try out staining with soft pastels.
We provide all materials and tools, but please bring your favorite scissors if you want.
The course includes materials and coffee/tea.
